How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and sign in with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at hello@childcarebuddy.com and we will help you start the process.

After a refund

Once a refund is approved, your subscription will end and your access to paid features will stop. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
